The Gurdwara has undergone key upgrades and provides a range of services stemming from Gurbani Santhiya to Boxing. Ik Nishana (Slough) is based at the Gurdwara. 

Sri Guru Singh Sabha Southall is the largest Gurdwara organisation outside of India, established in 1950s.

It provides a range of services to the local and national Sangat. Since the inception of the inter Gurdwara boxing events, the Gurdwara has supported the event.
